Hope Makers Organization for Woman (HMOW) Hosts French Consulate Delegation in Sinune District

12/11/2023 - Hope Makers Organization for Woman (HMOW) recently had the honor of hosting a high-profile delegation from the French Consulate in Iraq, led by Consul Jean-Christophe Augé, on a visit to the Sinune district. The delegation visited to observe firsthand the impactful activities and services provided by HMOW to support vulnerable women in the region.

During the visit, Mr. Augé reiterated the French government’s continued commitment to supporting initiatives that empower women and improve community welfare. He expressed, “The French government did not and will continue to provide support for the essential work being done here and looks forward to future collaboration with the French Embassy.” This statement reinforces the ongoing partnership between Hope Makers and the French government, dedicated to promoting gender equality and providing essential services to those in need.

HMOW, under the leadership of Dr. Nagham Hassan, remains deeply appreciative of the support from the French Embassy in Iraq.
